CLASSES & PRIVATE LESSONS 

CLASSES

Tumbling Classes

Open to all ages. During these classes, we will teach fundamentals all the way up to advanced skills. We will focus in on proper form, technique and flexibility needed to perform and progress as a tumbler. ​

Jump Classes

Open to all ages. In our jump classes we focus on the technique, form, and flexibility needed to properly execute a variety of jumps.

Stunt Classes

Open to all ages. These classes are designed to work with all stunting positions to enhance muscle strength, endurance to execute stunts safely, as well as showing proper form and technique.

​​Open Gym

Open to all ages. These classes give cheerleaders an opportunity to perfect and train different tumbling and stunting skills . 

​​

Flyer Flexibility & Technique Classes

Open to Flyers. Flyer flexibility and technique classes are designed to improve body control and positions. We work on stretching our flyers properly, while incorporating drills in which will lead to confidence in the air. ​

 

Rec Class

Open to Rec Cheerleaders (Schedule as a team) Work with our coaches and learn our stunting, jumping, and tumbling techniques to enhance your skills for the season.
