  • From fundamentals to advanced skills, we focus on proper form, technique and flexibility needed to perform and progress as a tumbler.

  • Jump classes focus on the technique, form, strength, and flexibility needed to properly execute a variety of jumps.

  • Open to Flyers only. Flyer flexibility and technique classes are designed to improve body control and body positions. We work on stretching our flyers properly, while incorporating strength drills which lead to confidence in the air.

  • These classes are designed to work with all stunting positions to enhance muscle strength, endurance to execute stunts safely, as well as showing proper form and technique.

  • Open to athletes to work on any tumbling, jump, or stunting skills. An instructor is present to warm-up the class and provide spotting or instruction when needed.  

  • Open to Rec Cheerleaders (schedule as a team). Work with our coaches and learn our stunting, jumping, and tumbling techniques to enhance your skills for the season.

private lessons

Private lessons are available with our USASF certified coaching staff!

Anyone taking private lessons needs to have an account through our parent portal. All athletes will be billed a $10 gym fee per lesson to their parent portal account to be paid monthly.
